Wonderful Apartment Chueca

The location is quite central and the flat is well furnished.

The building is being renovated and they start working at 8am on weekdays - they are quite noisy and the corridors are very dusty accordingly. Additionally, the towels in the apartment are very scarce and the place overall is very small; barely fits 3 adults - definitely wouldn’t recommend it for 4 ppl.

The apartment's location is exceptionally convenient. Situated in the heart of the city, it provides effortless access to various destinations. The kitchen met our expectations, and we used it quite a bit.

It appears that there was construction work in the building, and we were not informed about it. Although the noise was not a significant issue, it would have been appreciated if we had been notified in advance. We stayed there for eight days and, unfortunately, we did not receive an adequate supply of basic necessities for our stay. We only received one towel per person and only two rolls of toilet paper, which was insufficient for our needs. The AC worked fine, but it made a little noise sometimes. The sofa was broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. Please note that there are windows only in the kitchen and living room area, not in the bedroom. Therefore, it was a bit difficult to tell whether it was light or dark outside, especially in the morning, which bothered us.

Really great Location. The room was clean and tidy. The host met us on time and gave us the keys. And she sent us message for thing to do in Madrid.

The unfoldable sofa was half broken. I send the host 2 messages to be fixed but never got reply from them. The hot water is enough for 1,5 shower. We stayed there as a family and had problem having a shower. Also because of the broken sofa our children could not sleep comfortably.

Surprised by the size, good layout and location. Faultless

Location was amazing, very close to the city center.

There was very little natural sunlight.

Sincere staff very helpful and informative.

hot water is not enough for taking bath consecutively for 2 person, need to wait at least 30 mins before next to shower comfortably. the drainage of the shower seems partially blocked, water overflow outside the shower area and wet the floor. sofa bed really needs to be replaced, it cannot support the weight of an adult, eventually 2 person had to move out to another hotel
