La cama es imposible que 2 personas puedan dormir. Es estrechisima. Menos mal que yo iba solo. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente ni en salon ni en dormitorio. Noches a casi 40 grados. Sin ventilador. Al hacer el checkin que solo es online mediante una web, te redirige a un ultimo paso donde te piden pagar o bien una fianza de 300 euros o un fijo de algo mas de 16 euros. Incluye solicitud online de tu DNI por ambas caras. A saber la seguridad que tendra esa web externa a Booking. Booking no respondio ninguno de mis mensajes acerca de este hecho. Les describi todo lo sucedido y la base legal detras de mi queja. Una verguenza que no respondieron a ninguna de mis peticiones de ayuda. Las primeras 24 horas NO TUVE conexion de INTERNET. Probé los datos que me dieron y ni tan siquiera la red nombrada estaba activa. Y la del router no funcionaba (tambien lo intente). Tuve que reclamar por telefono tras intentarlo por escrito mediante Booking... pero no me contestaban. Tras mas de 24 horas me dieron bien los datos. La cerradura de la puerta incluye accionamiento electronico. 2 veces al cerrar... ella sola se abrió al paso de unos segundos. Por el precio pagado por 3 noches... Ya podrian haber tenido una buena cama, aire acondicionado revisado y funcionando...

En primer lugar el ascensor no llega a planta baja, por ende se complica acceder con valijas. En segundo término la cama es de 1.30 de ancho imposible dormir dos personas. Los espacios son muy reducidos

Modern, spacious beautiful apartment with new features and perfectly sound proof. The area is lively with great restaurants and is great located in the gay area of Madrid.

The bed is too hard for us, and the pillows too soft, but it is personal taste. The owner must just note that glasses and cups was mixed. Again a minor issue for a wonderful apartment.

The location is unbeatable. The furniture and the decoration was so nice and modern pop art style.. love it!

The shower sink needs some maintenance. The water wasn’t going through easily.

- Very central, yet in a quiet-ish street - Super bright apartment with lots of windows - Very small but pleasant balcony - Easy check in with an e-key - The bed was comfortable, the size was fine as I was alone but it would be a bit small for two people.

I noted a general lack of attention to detail and the communication was not great: - The flat was advertised as having a dishwasher and it didn’t, which was annoying giving as I was on a busy work schedule. I was told this was an error on Booking. - I messaged the number they gave me in case of an issue, and no one ever answered. I did though get answers via the chat on Booking. - The flat had an iron but no ironing board, when I asked for one, I was told to look harder. When I said again that it really didn’t have one, I was told that it would be difficult to get one to my flat within a two hour window. I insisted - as I had a work function and my clothes were creased - and they did in the end send me one quickly… but it was broken. - Little things that were not good : a Nespresso machine but no capsules, no olive oil, salt, or pepper. No one wants to be buying condiments when only staying for a few days.

The location was perfect! The apartment was cleaner than most hotels I stayed in around Europe. It’s very quiet, equipped with everything one might need (kitchen utensils, hair dryer, iron, fridge, stove, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.) It has a couple of beautiful little balconies overlooking a lovely street, and it’s about 3 minutes walking distance to Gran Vía. The area is very safe at night. The bathroom is very fancy with shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash. The bedroom and the living room are both equipped with air conditioners, in case you’re cold/hot. Above all, Emi (who manages the property) is VERY helpful, responsive, kind, and communicative. Will definitely return.

Nothing at all, everything was perfect.
