Beautiful apartment, very stylish & spottlessly clean. Location was excellent!

Centrally located, comfortable, and very clean.

Noisy area with a lot of nightlife.

Great location, lovely place, super easy to go in and out with the electronic card… everything you expect from an excellent Airbnb

The house was very clean, tidy and warm. The lady who we were messaging was also very accommodating and replied fast when we had questions. We also liked that the location was in the centre of town with food/bars and a supermarket that closed very late just down all around.

The key handover when we arrived was a little bit of a nightmare. We had just spent 29 hours travelling so we arrived very tired and on top of that my Spanish was a little rusty given it was our first day and it had been a while since I'd lived in a Spanish-speaking country, we called the contact number to get the keys but I couldn't quite understand what he was asking of us, he was quite pushy seemed quite mad that we didn't have the number he was looking for. At one point he hung up on us while I was trying to figure it out on the phone and then didn't pick back up for another 10 minutes. Given we were in the heart of Madrid with all our luggage this was a bit of a nightmare. We spent around 20-30 minutes trying to figure out what he was asking of us but we found it incredibly rude and had the house and other lady not been so great I don't know if It would have been nearly as good of an experience.

Really cool apartment and location! It is clean, modern, and has everything you need. The mattress is great, and the view is lovely with natural light. You can even get some sun in the morning. Also, it is pretty quiet despite being in the heart of Chueca (the windows are perfect quality). Loved it!

I liked everything! Just as a suggestion: 1) I missed having a duvet, the place is not cold at all, but is nice to have a blanket or something cozy. 2) To get the keys, I didn't have to go far from the apartment and the staff guided me over the phone to find the location and explained how to open the door. But it is way more convenient to have the keys in the same building. After travelling for 4 hours, the last thing you want to do is walk to another location ;)
