Location is very accessble and Cleanliness.Good appliances.

Only the problem is how to Check-in.Very difficult the Mithouse apps.You must be very knowledgeable in Computer. Specially if you do not have internet access.I suggest that change the check-in procedure.I Ended up getting a hotel to stay since we cannot check -in.We lose 1 night of our accomodation and booking don't want to make any refund.Fir more than 10 yrs I am a customer of booking.com I might have to change my booking apps.

Excelente ubicacion. Buena relacion servicio y precio. Todo bien limpio. Apartamento cómodo pero solo como para dormir y asearse, las areas son apenas las necesarias.

El agua caliente es dificil de ajustar en la ducha, hay que encontrar el punto exacto donde funciona, pasa de muy caliente a fria con solo tocarla, luego cuesta que caliente otra vez. por lo demás todo bien.

El sitio un barrio tranquilo de madrid, la cama de matrimonio era cómoda y el sistema de apertura de puertas muy bueno y seguro.

No estaba muy limpio, pedimos sábanas pues faltaban para el sofá cama me contestaron que las traian, y nunca las trajeron, empezó a llover y entraba agua por la zona del termo el cual está instalado y no funciona y han puesto un termo eléctrico al lado, la parte del suelo del salón se lleno de agua y tuvimos que secar con toallas. Igualmente al siguiente día y sin llover salía agua y tambien se lleno el suelo y volvimos a secar con toallas, los utensilios de limpiezas echos polvo dentro de un mueble del salón. En fin... creo que no cuidan nada las instalaciones y aprovechan el estar en Madrid y saben que llenan siempre.

El apartamento es muy bonito, muy acogedor, súper limpio tenía muy buenas comunicaciones con los transportes públicos en general la estancia fue muy confortable.

La app fallaba y nos costaba entrar, había que tener cuidado con el sofá cama porque nos dimos cuenta que las tablas se le salía y a la hora de dormir era bastante incómodo igual pasaba con unas de las sillas del comedor se tenía que ir con mucho cuidado.
