Cosy Country Modern Studio with Patio Space.

Everything, absolutely no words

The studio is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. It was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to have a few days away by myself in the middle of nowhere and that's what I got. Crieff is only 10 mins away by car though!

Difficult to find initially.

The quiet location with nice views.

The shower head rail was height adjustable with a piece of velcro wrapped round the rail. The dish that should have been on it to put shampoo/shower gel/sponge on was missing. The property would have benefitted from a cwall clock in it. The photos representing the 'welcome basket' on the advertising literature is misleading as it indicated that it would contain milk, bread, jam (there was one small individual portion of jam and a few portions of marmalade) and a few other things too which meant I arrived with none of those things (I was on a motorbike). As a result the first thing I had to do was go shopping for the essentials. To be absolutely fair about it though the owners wife had just come out of hospital and actually went back in there while I was staying there and I suspect that might have had something to do which this.

The studio was excellent, set in a beautiful location. Comfortable and airy, had a lovely weekend. Met owner on arrival had a chat and he advised a few local places to eat. Would happily return.

The Studio is well appointed and ideal for a couple. It is situated in a quiet, attractive location and has every facility you need.

Beautiful property in an idyllic location. The hosts were very friendly when we bumped into them. They were only a message away if you need anything. The property is well equipped with everything you could possibly need down to herbs and spices. I think some of the complaints on here are outrageous and I can only imagine how those people treat other properties. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, the locals are friendly and the local Chinese, Fortune inn is lovely. 10/10. Thank you to Mellissa and Oliver for having us and for being so warm and helpful, we cannot wait to visit again.
