Die Kommunikation mit Juan war hervorragend! Er hat auf uns bei einer Straßensperre (nur am Anreisetag!) gewartet, ist mit uns zur Garage ca. 100m zu Fuß entfernt vom Appartement gefahren und hat uns auch geholfen das Gepäck zum Haus zu tragen. Vielen Dank für alles. Die Lage ist perfekt um Cuenca zu besichtigen.

Fantastic stay! House is historic and really well decorated and well-equipped. It’s even nicer than it comes across in the photos. Juan met us at the parking and was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The parking is very tricky, even for my partner who is really experienced. If you’re not a confident driver then you may want to consider paying more for easier parking. But Juan was very helpful and guided us through it.

Ubicat en el centre històric, a prop de tot. Molt net, acollidor, instal·lacions inmillorables, llits molt comodes. El propietari Juan ens ha facilitat tota la estada moltissim, sempre pendent de nosaltres, una persona encantadora. Al arribar ens havia deixat uns dolços per nosaltres. Qualsevol que necessitarem, ahi estava. Ens va quedixar que marxarem quan nosaltres vullguerem, quan l’hora d’exida era a les 11h . La casa tenia totes les comoditats que necessitarem. Molt ben provista de tot. Calefaccio central molt eficient, vam estar ben calentets. Tot espectacular, sobretot l’amabilitat de Juan. Un 10. Gràcies de tot.

Casa muy bonita, acogedora y muy bien equipada. Juan nos atendió en todo momento, una persona increíble! Muchas gracias Juan por todo!!!! Si volvemos a Cuenca ya sabemos dónde alojarnos.

La amabilidad y atención de Juan, antes, durante y después de nuestra estancia, muestran su entrega por ofrecer una experiencia excelente al viajero. El alojamiento, respetando las arquitectura tradicional de la ciudad, muy limpio y perfectamente equipado. Las camas son muy cómodas, y la ubicación en pleno casco histórico pero en una calle tranquila garantizan el descanso, necesario tras horas caminando por las empinadas calles de la ciudad.
