"Very Good"

Large apartment with great views.

The advert needs to make it clear this apartment is on the 9th floor. As a result we did not use the balcony particularly as it gets quite windy on the port. The supplies were limited, we stayed in 3 other apartments in the region before this, all were much cheaper but provided coffee pods, tea bags, etc. which were not provided in this apartment. When arriving early, leaving suitcases in the office is a real inconvenience since it is some way from both the apartment and the station. I was surprised a €200 deposit was asked for 2 days before arrival, none of the other hosts asked for this.

"Beautiful flat, great location, but terrible communication and support"

The location is fantastic. It is very close to the train station, the main tourist spots are within walking distance, and there is a taxi rank right next to the property. ​The flat itself is truly beautiful, well decorated, well organised, and exceptionally clean. There is a lovely view of the ocean from both the sitting room and the bedroom. Quite romantic!

Communication was simply terrible. The check-in instructions for the main door were not clear at all. We were asked to use the doorbell to call the flat by entering the flat number, pressing call, and then pressing a blue button. However, there was no blue button on the door; it was actually in the app, which the instructions failed to clarify. Getting help was also difficult. They use numerous phone numbers answered by different employees, which led to frequent confusion starting well before our arrival and continuing until we got there. When we called from the door, the company representative was unsure how to help or what the problem was. Eventually, someone somehow opened the main door, and we entered. She later explained that we needed to press the blue button in the app, not on the door. Furthermore, the floor and flat were not easy to locate. The details stated the 9th floor, but on the phone, the operator said it might be the 10th because the floors start from the ground floor, which I did not really follow. We went to the 9th floor, where we had no idea which flat was ours as there were no signs or numbers. We used the app to unlock the door directly and then entered the flat that opened. There was no other way to identify it. Even the operator had no idea how to help; I suspect she had never seen the flat herself. Again, terrible communication. Upon arrival, we reported two issues: the remote control for the television in the sitting room was not working, and the flat smelt of broccoli. We were informed these issues would be resolved the following day, but they were not. The remote still did not work when we departed. On the second day, there was a strong odour of garlic. Perhaps smells enter from the neighbours' flats? If so, the flat requires better ventilation and insulation. There is no one on-site to help, making the communication issues even more problematic. The flat comes with a ridiculous number of house rules.

Great apartment, fabulous location- everything you needed was supplied. Very impressed with all the extra touches

We did struggle with the key system , but once we got the hang of it , it was fine- just didn’t like worrying about whether we were going to run out of charge on our phones!! Also - doors were not numbered- that would have made life so much easier!!

Amazing views

Needs a deep clean and repaint. Shag pile rugs in bedroom and lounge full of hairs/ bits. Light switches/ skirting boards/ ornaments/ books dirty. Mugs have tea stains. Shower smells.

"Fantastic Apartment with a View."

The space for 2 people and comfort.The view of the Port with the fabulous liners docking., The balcony and being on the 9th floor with a lift. Also the accessibility to all the sites of Cadiz..The availability of a powerful hot shower and a modern well equipped kitchen. Although the Port is busy there was very little noise in the apartment .The bed was comfortable and we thought the apartment was a pleasure to relax in. The app locking system was easy and communication was first class

Very little. I realise these holiday apartments get plenty of use, but I believe the holiday letting agencies should review condition of the shower cubicles. ie silicon and extractor fans..

Les instructions claires, la réactivité de l'équipe, l'autonomie complète avec la E-Key, l'emplacement, la qualité de l'équipement du logement et bien sûr une vue époustouflante !

Les vitres manquaient de propreté surtout celles des balcons sur le côté.
