Ledonia Apartment

Value for money is great, owner is very very nice, helped us to handle entry to ZTL zone to park in the building. Apartment is clean, well equiped, good wifi, air conditioning works very well, it’s located near to centre, bus station, as well as to beaches.

It can be bit noisier during night when having windows opened, but during summer you’ll anyway need to keep them shut and using AC.

Prima di tutto, la comunicazione con il proprietario e poi la struttura che è tenuta bene, ottima posizione, parcheggio, ascensore... Torneremo presto!!

Many properties list having parking only to find out it is street parking or parcheggio pay parking. Not only was there a dedicated parking space but it was secure behind a mechanical fence. Property about a 10 minute walk to the water. Also, a washing machine ans drying rack. Plates, silverware, pots and pans. All mechanical items worked. Owner provided some restaurant recommendations which were helpful.

It would be helpful to have a detailed map on how to enter the property.

Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum. Sie war sehr sauber und hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung.
