Balcony Lake View Apartment

We loved it here. Lierna is a great spot with ferry and train stops for access anywhere, but without the huge tourist crowds (which we liked). The apartment is well located in a quiet, local neighborhood with amazing views of the lake and mountains. It’s beautiful! It has everything you need; is comfortable, clean and Deborah was super helpful. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking also. We would stay here again!

There is little sound proofing between the apartments but that wasn’t a large distraction for us.

The host was super friendly and helpful and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

Debora was so welcoming and friendly. She had lots of good information to assist with our vacation. The parking was off-road. The neighborhood quiet. The terrace view amazing! The property was comfortable clean and well stocked.

Host picked us up from the railway station and delivered us back in time for an early train. She was most helpful with recommendations. Lovely view from balcony and excellently equipped kitchen. 10 minutes walk to the village beach

Amazing views, amazing host and perfect location. Everything was in easy reach, to the train and ferries around Lake Como. You can walk to the local beach and swim in the lake. We didn't use our car for the 3 nights we were there. Everything you could want/need in the apartment, including shampoo etc. Also a few essentials such as milk and eggs and a very welcome bottle of bubbly. The balcony was stunning.

We had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place for 3 nights. I loved everything about this apartment: it was cozy, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The view is absolutely gorgeous 😍, not just from the huge terrace but also from the kitchen and bathroom! We spent our evenings on the terrace, enjoying a nice glass of wine or beer. The apartment is located in the charming town of Lierna, which has a lovely beach and restaurants. It's only a 10-minute train ride to Varenna, making it easy to explore other villages on Lake Como. Debora is wonderful, as communication with her was effortless. It felt like I was staying at a friend's house. Highly recommended! ❤️

A wonderful view of Lake Como and ease of getting around. Debora was extremely helpful throughout our visit. Lierna in general has fewer of the enormous crowds you find in some of the larger towns in the region. Access to Milan by car or rail is very easy.

Nothing about the property but it was sometimes difficult to figure out the ferry schedules.

The property is located 300 feet above Lake Como in the charming town of Lierna. The balcony apartment was immaculately clean and well kept by Debra who owns the home and two rental apartments with her family. Our host was friendly and very helpful in guiding us concerning places to visit and dine. Views of the lake are stunning and we were made to feel at home.

We spent a bit more than we usually do to stay here and we can say without a doubt that it was worth every single penny. The view was incredible, like living in a postcard. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly helpful. I can not recommend this place enough. It has definitely been the best place we have stayed in our entire lives and we mean that honestly.

The only thing was minor and that was the WiFi didn't extend all the way through the property but that wasn't an issue :) easily fixed with a WiFi extender!
