Location, bedroom was really cozy and bed sheets were clean, also the fact that more bedding/towels were available in the room (under the bed) was a big plus, living room was inviting, nice little balcony for smokers, supermarket close by too and overall decently sunny appartment.

No AC while beeing on the top floor wich made it hard to sleep at night with the summer heat, had to clean the chairs and facilites (tv remote, kitchen-pantry-fridge handles as well as the doors, wardrobe drawers) remove the cloth off the table since it heavily needed a hot cycle in the washer, put a clean sheet over the sofa to enjoy it without guilt. Owner walked with her outdoor shoes so we decided to do the same throughout our stay as to not dirty our slippers. Parking not easy to find and is free only from 7 pm to 9am. We got a ticket because of that..

Good location, about 5 minutes walk from Martim Moniz Square, but has the charm of being in a local neighborhood with cheaper eateries. Quiet at night

Had some issues with the TV. Clock in the kitchen not working but other than that nothing major

Very well appointed apartment - clean, quiet and everything was well explained by Maria who handed over the key. Lovely to have the full length windows open and hear the chatter of passing people and those settling at the small bar/restaurant below. City was actually very walkable from the property (assuming reasonable mobility). Communication from the host was excellent throughout and I got the sense that nothing would be too much trouble.

Shared staircase up to the apartment is not the most welcoming, but I do understand it is shared and not the responsibility of the owner of this one property to upgrade it. Not a huge issue - only a staircase after all!. No reflection on the property itself, but the streets around were pretty messy - Lisbon council (if there is such a thing) need to do better.

Margarida was very helpful from check-in to check-out. Thanks to her everything was smooth and as expected. The photos and amnities match with reality. Close to city center and the apartment has everything needed in the neighborhood.

The apartment had a great location. Very accesible to tourist center and near a Metro station. Confortable and complete with all de cleaning esentials. It was very clean and lovely. You have a supermarket very close (half a block) which is great.

Location is the best part! Parking pretty ok, taking in mind it is Lisbon

Cockroaches - plenty of them! No food outside: everything in the fridge! No air conditioner
