Casa do Castelo 2- Work or Relax in the historic heart of Lisbon!

Very nice host willing to go out of her way. Great location down a side alley- very safe. Accommodating 4 people comfortably and super close to convenience store, baggage storage, Portuguese and Indian foods.

Steep steps to 1st floor apt. No air conditioning.

Breakfast was not provided, however there is a supermarket close by to purchase items for breakfast.

Was not as clean as I would have preferred. No window in bed room. Light in bathroom not working.

It was very comfortable, location was great, close to a metro station and Castelo San George was just up the Hill. Good value. A large amount of restaurant’s close by in all directions and Supermarkets very close

Susana and Marco were very kind and gave us a lot of helpful information. Marco was very patient to wait for us on the first day even though we were late.

great property with ideal location in the centre of lisbon. apartment is very spacious with 2 full toilet and shower and was very clean. host Susana is lovely, we had an early morning flight and she booked us a taxi for 4am and text at 4am to ensure we got in the taxi.

only issue is the main front door to the apartment block is broken and there are a lot of men who hang around on the corner all day/night which may make a female visitor nervous, however the host said this would be fixed soon and otherwise my stay would be 10/10.

The flat is nice located, easy to get to the main city attractions by foot. Apartment is functional, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nicely equipped. The mattress was very comfortable.

In our case, we were in Lisbon for 9 days, the flat was not prepared for our visit: - leaking faucet in one bathroom - clogged sink in the other one Unfortunately during our stay, we found a 4 cm big cockroach in the kitchen. The entrance door to the building is broken, therefore one day someone has pissed on the corridor. The owner reacted, after some time, the plumber came twice to repair, and he did, but what happened he just left "dirty hairs" from the outflow, which was simply disgusting. For cockroaches they claim that they call someone as well. We claimed to the owners that the flat was not prepared and price should be reduced, and the owner responded that everything was ok, and all what happened was inconveniences to which he responded.
