Location and spacious

It was pretty dusty

place has big living and dinning area, several cafe near by, a mini mart near by, 15 minute walk to the Metro station (yellow line Rato)

key has to be picked at a different location which is 10 minute drive away, it is not walkable with luggage. no clear instruction for which unit in the building, you need to look for the small sign on the door of the unit on the 2nd floor. there are steps within the unit between living/dinning and washroom, bedroom. only 4 small porches of shower/shampoo provided (enough for 3-4 usages) for 5 nights, there is some mold in the shower area, small shower area (cruise ship size). no air conditioning, 2 fans and 2 portable heaters are provided. building is located on a uphill street with very small entry area hardly fits 1 check-in and 1 person before reaching the steep stairs

Location and nice neighbors and neighborhood.

The main problem with this place is the complicated check in, which took an extra two hours out of our time in Lisbon. Definitely Not worth. Find a different place that values your time, and has on site check in. We had to drive to the luxury end of town and then find the apartment. Then deal with their ancient door locks on the front door. Then clean the lipstick off the glasses in the kitchen.

Location was very good and the appartement was clean and spacious.

Given the fact that the apartment had an old door, the key was really old and big which wasn't handy to travel with. Also, since it was an old lock, the door didn't open easily. When we arrived in the city we also had to pick up the key somewhere else and afterwards travel to the apartment. This wasn't mentioned when we booked the apartment and was a big disappointment.

The location was good, with restaurants around . however you have to walk around 15 mins to the main clubs, bars. The apartament was spacious and mostly clean.

There was black mold in the bedroom. Also the bed wasn’t too comfortable and the bathroom needed more cleaning.

Large one bedroom apartment with basic kitchen attached to Holiday Inn. Bar and restaurant within hotel were great and provided Room Service. Benefica we’re staying at the hotel! Great buzz

you have to buy every single supply: no salt pepper, oil, no coffee even if there is a coffee machine no capsule Dor the washing machine bed not really comfortable also the staff wasn’t very nice when we commented on the difficulty to open the door to however will stay here in the future: the front door key needs to be taken out a tiny bit to be able to turn it the door of the apartment, the last round pull the door to you and voila
