we go to the another adresa to Take the key , And the guy from the checkin Tell us about the lokers , we spoke with him to leave there the lagguge in day When we check out , we arrived At the office And they Told us “we didint have space for leave the lagguge , “ , another things we have to stay At street 1 hour to Call help because the door wasn’t easy to open, the door îs old and to hard to open , have a key like the Prision , a big key , and When we leave to check out , we leave the key in the door because they diidnt Told us to leave somewhere , and after that they put us to Pay 50 euro because they need to unlock the door, But they didnt Told us not to leave in the door! our experience wasn’t not good!

"Aweful key collection process.Location turned out good, clean and decent space, but no basic items."

Nothing provided at all .. disappointing not to have basic tea and coffee etc

The key collection is aweful and would put me off staying again… have to visit a back street hotel several miles away, wait at the door, fill forms, wait whilst staff input details, pay taxes in cash, visit ATM if not, and then wait whilst they locate the key. Then late at night and with luggage travel several more miles and second taxi to let yourself in. Really very poor process when a key pad would have done the job.

"Spacious house near the city center"

Well located apartment, spacious and bright. Even if it is central, it is quiet. We didn’t use the kitchen, but we saw that it has everything you need.

It was a little annoying that we need to pick up the keys from another location, which is not that close, and carry all our baggages with us. The couch from the living room was dirty. The pillow and the duvet were old and dirty, but at least their covers were clean. Also the towels seemed to be old, but clean. I will suggest to change them, as they are not expensive, but necessary for a comfortable staying. The bedroom is quite, but when it rains you can hear the water flowing and it can be a little annoying.

There was only 1 problem … smelly bathroom! If the drains could be sorted we would have rated 10 out of 10
