FLH Intendente Elegant Mezzanine with Balcony

Nu a fost nimic care nu mi-a placut

Two bedroom, 2 bath. Had a washer/dryer model. Very spacious. Modern and an upstairs for the bedrooms was nice. Had a balcony to the square which gave good light and breeze. Walking distance to the market, squares. Restaurants. The trolley. Felt very safe. Not a ton of parking but could try for street parking. Host answered our questions quickly.

I would just have to say that it needs some hooks. There were no places to hang wet towels in the bathrooms. I didn’t see a drying rack if there was one but I did a load of laundry and after the drying feature was taking a long time I wanted to hang a few heavier items but there were no places to lay the clothes to dry.

The location is good. It is very close to the restaurants e.g. Ramiro or Cova, which are pretty nice. It is located at the older part of Lisbon. The hosts (FLH team) are very responsive.

There were cockroaches in the flat. We killed two but there are surely more. The flat is more humid than I expected. One of the bedrooms is missing a wall - connected to downstairs, whcih makes it harder to sleep with the noise. The address given at first was not the address given finally - I think there are some communication issues.

Сама квартира дуже гарна, досить непогане місце розташування

В квартирі були таракани, бо було жахливо. Було дуже холодно, опалення не працювало відповідно. + дуже незручно, адже були пральна машинка, кавова машинка та посудомийка, але до них не було капсул. І навіть не було миючого засобу для посуду.
