Modern and well equipped appartment. Balcony to the yard.

Beds are very hard. Sinks in the bathrooms were not properly working.

Great location. Really liked the style of apartment and it was well equipped. Felt safe and once inside it was peaceful.

There were a couple of tiny issues which we notified management company of on checkout, however they didn’t impact on our stay. Main issue was basins were very slow to drain but I’m sure they’ll be rectified now.

It was very inconvenient to get the code for the door. We had to physically go when it would have been simple just to text it when the time arrived. The office is at a separate location on the second floor with no elevator. We all (4 of us) had a suitcase each and a hand luggage. No easy feat. Instructions were also a challenge. None of this was revealed until after we booked and paid.

Beautiful modern apartment in a very central location

Didn’t realise we had to collect keys at another address before going to the property. Two Uber rides required. Should use a lock box & codes to get in & save a trip to pick up keys.

Nothing, it is a terrible experience.

There was no key provided for checkin, nor a lockbox. We had to find staff by walking 20 minutes away from the location at midnight only to get told to look for a lockbox at our booked location, and to find out after 2 hours of trying to get the key that there was no key and we were unable to get the room we paid for that night. 0/10, completely insane to have to suffer for something i had to pay for with my own money

Clean and comfortable

The shower area should have a door or expanded panel to avoid water going out hence why the ceiling downstairs has water stains

Modern apartment, close to good restaurants and easy transport links. Good appliances

Lock into the apartment was temperamental, and we struggled to get in on the first night Beds and pillows are not great and uncomfortable for the price

The apartment was beautiful, the location was perfect. The apartment is well stocked with all the amenities you need. There is a little spot right outside the apartment called Josephine's which was by far incredible and the staff were amazing.

The Beds were really hard, the mattress needs a topper or a more comfortable mattress. When we arrived, we could not get in touch with anyone to get the keys, luckily the staff at Josephines let us stay there with all our luggage and helped us use the phone to try and get in touch with someone. Once we did get in touch with someone, it did not take long to get access. This was just a minor hiccup.
