The apartment is clean, well equipped and full of character . The views over the city and river are stunning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not a problem for us but the lift stops short of the last two floors

Très belle vue en effet. Les lits sont très confortables. À 2 pas de la station de tramway. Appartement très spacieux. Disponibilité et très bon service du propriétaire Jose.

Attention à ceux qui ont de la difficulté avec les marches. Penthouse au 5ième mais ascenseur arrête au 3ième. On repart plus en forme !!

große und ruhig gelegene Stadtwohnung, abseits des Trubels. Der Blick von der Dachterasse ist großartig. Mit Bus und Straßenbahn (Haltestelle 50m vom Haus entfernt) ist man in 10-15min mitten im Trubel. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und freundlich. In Summe haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Das Treppenhaus ist mit Koffer eine gewisse Herausforderung, der Aufzug geht nur über 3 Etagen und die letzten beiden Etagen geht es über die Treppe, die recht steil und eng ist. Bad und Küche sieht man das Alter an (es ist alles sauber, aber eben in die Jahre gekommen...).

"Good but dated apartment"

Beds were comfortable. Apartment had a nice view and had many facilities. It was a nice location, easy to reach.

Apartment was dated. We had some troubles with the shower not draining and the toilet does not flush very well. There is only airconditioning in the living room, but it gets really hot on the top floor. The building has an elevator but it doesn't go all the way to the top floor.
