La escalera, terrible para personas mayores, suerte que no llevamos valijas, no lo tendrían que ofrecer a personas mayores, sería imposible el acceso a personas con algún tipo de problema motriz

Great location with great view. Nice apartment with all the amenities you need. Very close to everything around. Very easy to communicate with the host either on booking app or WhatsApp.

Lots of stairs since we stayed at the top floor. I do not fault the host or apartment for that as the building is old and that is just how buildings in Lisbon are. Just be prepared to walk upstairs and hills while in Lisbon.

We like the location.

We didn't like that it's says AC, but unfortunately, it's just in the living room. The rooms were hot. The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. The light in the morning got inside the room and woke us up early.

Great location, clean and comfortable space. Kitchen was well stocked to cook. Manager was responsive when we had questions.

Many good things about this place but be aware this is on the 4th floor with many stairs to climb. This might be difficult for some people after a long day of touring about.

Excellent location close to the waterfront and Cais do Sodre where you can pick up buses, trams or trains for exploring other areas of the city or venturing further afield. Lovely spacious flat, comfy beds, very well-quipped kitchen. Guilherme our host was extremely helpful (once we found him..!)

The water pressure was was poor and the shower in particular was erratic - the hot water when it did get through was very hot, but lasted only for a couple of minutes at best. The gas hob was a frustration - I had to hold the control knob in place to stop the gas from going out. Also, we were not given the actual address for the property - all we had was the street name and a succession of numbers (1200-014) which we assumed would make sense when we got there but didn't. We found our host eventually after some lovely staff in a nearby hotel found the property on Booking.com's website and tracked down the approximate location of the flat. Knowing it was number 43 would have saved us most of an hour's searching, and almost incurring a hefty late check-in fee. WiFi failed after 1 day and didn't return until after the nationwide power outage, oddly! Having said all that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon - these quibbles did not spoil our holiday, but the hosts and future guests should be aware of the property's shortcomings.

Handover went very smoothly.

Location and views were great. Facilities also really good and staff were really friendly and responsive.

Booking.com advertised a sofa bed which we were planning to use but there weren't any bedding etc. to make it up properly. We probably could have contacted the hosts to get some but didn't have time.
