The location is amazing. The apartment itself is really beautiful, spacious and really clean it has a beautiful view which you can enjoy while having a morning coffee. The staff itself are really friendly and nice. Communication from the staff after booking it was excellent! I highly recommend this apartment.

The stairs can be a problem, but for me and my friends wasn’t an issue at all.

"Lovely accommodation but not good for anyone with heavy luggage, mobility issues or who likes to sleep."

The host was wonderful and the place was very clean.

It is important to note the apartment is up 5 flights of stairs and the last section is very steep. It’s extremely perilous with heavily luggage. Also, if you like to sleep in quiet, this is not your best choice. The road noise goes on until 6am with people partying and being loud.

The location is good, but we ended up not staying in this property. So I can't say anything about the apartment other than there is no hot water. The apartment had problems with the heating system and we had to move to another available apartment which was 20 min away by car. So we took an Uber to get in there. Not in Chiado anymore, so we stayed at Principe Real apartment. The host helped find the new apartment for us, but it was a very frustrating beginning in Lisbon for us.

The apartment had problems with hot water. Actually there was no hot water at all. So the host came to help solve the problem but at the end and after a couple of hours waiting we had to move to another available apartment in Principe Real, another area. We lost a dinner with friends because of this and also we had to spend more money with Uber to take us there. There is also a very steep stair in the building, so if you're coming with heavy luggage be mindful about that. They didnt offer any discount for the inconvenience. The apartment in Principe Real was ok, but not in the area that we planned to stay.
