La posizione è buona

Entrando c’è una scalinata ripida e stretta. La casa è umida e il letto è vicino alla parete della finestra. L’umidità si sente anche perché in casa c’è l’odore pesante.

-perfekcyjna baza wypadowa- wszędzie blisko-przystanek tramwajowy linii 28 praktycznie pod nosem a i spacerem można szybko dojść do najbardziej znanych zabytków(lub po prostu zgubić się w uliczkach pięknej Alfamy :) ) -praktyczne wyposażenie mieszkania -Benjamin był naprawdę wspaniałym hostem- na wstępie pozostawił mi dużo polecajek i porad praktycznych odnośnie miasta(transport, jedzenie, zabytki etc.) i zapewnił, że pozostaje w razie czego w stałym kontakcie

-W okresie zimowym na ścianie przy oknie i przy łóżku może zbierać się wilgoć, ale w obiekcie w razie czego jest pochłaniacz wilgoci -budynek znajduje się dosyć wysoko więc warto się nastawić na codzienny spacer pod górę
