A/C was not working in one of the bedrooms and they did make us aware of that prior to our arrival and when we got there I asked if a small fan could be provided for that room and they could not accommodate us - we went out and bought a small fan for the room (for $14 euro) I think that knowing that the AC was not working that they could have provided a fan. There was a smell in the bathrooms which was probably just the plumbing - it would have been nice if the unit had stuff, like salt/pepper etc.

The location was very convenient and the facilities had everything we needed. The terrace is a lovely addition.

There was an unpleasant smell which can from one of the bathrooms. The A/C in one of the bedroom would leak in intervals but we were warned about that upon arrival.

The location is relatively convenient — about a 10-minute walk from the Rato subway station. Keep in mind the streets are a bit steep, so it might feel longer on foot.

We were disappointed with our stay. When we arrived in the morning to drop off our luggage, the cleaning staff were still there, so we expected the apartment to be clean when we returned later—but it wasn’t. Drawers and showers hadn’t been properly cleaned, and we found hair from previous guests (I added a picture of a towel we used to clean one of the drawers in the bedroom - they were all like that). One of the bedroom A/C units leaked heavily after being on for a while; I informed the hosts and sent a video as requested, but never heard back. The terrace looked great in the photos, but it hadn’t been cleaned either. Overall, the property feels neglected (the kitchen floor, for example, needs attention). Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend this place.

Spacious and very comfortable beds. Location was perfect to explore but not be in the hustle and bustle of city center.

renewed flat , very clean with 2 bathrooms + toilets take care you can't park in street but a Parking is available 5 mn walk for very cheep conditions tramway line 28 at end of the street ( 3 mn )

It was quiet and away from the crowds. Some good restaurants nearby and the supermarket was 10 min walk.

Long walk to city centre. Washing machine door fell out when we tried to use it. I reported it but nothing was done to fix it during our stay.
