Apartment in Estrela - Amazing for Families by Lisbeyond

Have 2 toilets and bathrooms so each room guest has their own! Shower was very good with strong water and hot!

A pity that there there no sugar. For coffee and tea I think it’s Good to offer sugar. Does not cost much.

The location was perfect! Very good cafes and restaurants close by and easy walk to the train station and the waterfront. The apartment was clean and very comfortable.

I was very surprised that even though I was honest and let them know that I had broken and "ikea" wine glass while I was doing the dishes that I had to go to the bookings site to input my credit card information to pay $5.00 EU for this glass. In order to do so I had to make several calls to be able to make that payment only to receive odd notifications that I was now getting a $3.00 EU credit by another company. I then became concerned that my credit card was compromised. In the end I was charged $3.00 EU for the glass.

It’s very spacious and the location is good

The washing machine is broken ;And 2 air conditioners are leaking badly which makes sleep at night impossible, it has been 36 degrees in Lisbon during our stay. The problem has not been solved after a whole day of our trip communicating with the host , and we have to go out to do our laundry. Key collection was super inconvenient, staff put it in the locker located in an underground parking lot. It took us more than one hour to find it let alone we have 2 big suitcases with us. Basically all the convenience we paid high price for in the end brings us inconvenience, sleepless night and waste of time of our trip. In the end the host was willing to offer 20% discount as compensation, honestly there is far more they should do.

The best bonus for the property is the balcony and terrace, that was very lovely for warm evenings, if one is not inclined going out. Neighborhood felt safe and calm.

The bedrooms were tight and narrow, no space to really put suitcases away or open them fully. Plumbing for the place could be checked, water drained slowly and in general washrooms could use some maintenance.

The location was great. The host was very responsive to calls. The apartment was very comfu.

Great Location. Has everything you need in an apartment to have an extended stay. You will have a very comfortable stay here. The communication with the hosts were clear and they arranged the arrival and handover of keys in a very timely manner. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment.

The Metro is not close by. But if you use Uber (which is relatively cheap) you won't have any problem at all. The bedrooms are a tad bit tiny. The apartment is on the 1st floor, up a flight of stairs, without elevator.

IT was an amazing apartment in a nice quiet area of Lisbon. The apartment was really clean and a very nice person met us to hand over the keys and show us the facitlites. There was good communication with owners and we received information regards use of appliances, where to take out trash etc. Overall a great experience.

Maybe the outside terrace could have been a bit tidier

The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms because we traveled with a friend. Spaciousness, amenities just like we are living in an apartment

good layout, good kitchen facilities.

unfortunately during our stay there was building work taking place either side of us and a few doors down so continual banging every day
