Excellent location, view from the vindow

There was a construction next building that was noisy during working days, but I was informed thereon in advance that was correct.

We got our flight delayed and arrived to the apartment 24hrs later than anticipated. The check-in/check-out was pretty easy and we got the email with the info a few days prior to the arrival. Patricia, with whom we've been in contact during our stay, is super lovely and helped us with everything we needed.

The bathroom is a bit smaller then we thought it would be, but it has everything you would need.

Good location. Well equipped unit.

Towels past last legs. Pre-arrival booking in site not easy to navigate.

The appartment was nice. It had a washing machine, which was very convenient. The kitchen is very complete. It has heating, which is a must in February.

We were charged EUR30 extra (in cash, no receipt sent even though I asked for it) for checking in late (our flight had been cancelled and I informed the host 12 hours in advance). She didn't have change for a EUR50 bill, so she took me out for a walk around the neighborhood to find change at the local shops, at 11 pm after our long trip. We asked for an extra blanket at they said they couldn't get us one this late at night (but they were charging us extra for the late night check in). They promised a blanket for the next day, but never brought it back. The hairdryer didn't work. The bathroom is uncomfortably located inside the room.

The apartment was great the position the same.

It was on the 5th floor . We wouldn't have booked it if we had known. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and spreading in the whole apartment. We slept with the window open. The toaster, when used, cut the electricity.

Close to downtown Lisbon

Very dusty and the shower pooled very easily. There are no curtains for the windows and we were on the first floor so people can see inside.
