We liked the location, we liked how there was no detergent with the washing machine(it’s not a big expense. It just makes someone’s stay comfortable) but the property manager had her cleaning lady come and keep it inside our apartment while we were away. We also liked how the kitchen was functional. Property manager was responsive.

- the property manager messaged me literally 4 times about my arrival time when I had already registered the time in the app. - she told me 2 times about a few if I did late check-in even when I told her I will be coming before the deadline. She also sent screenshots twice. Well, it was a little too much for me because I was on a holiday + along with the booking.com registration, I had to fill in an intense registration for the property separately. - the apartment wasn’t clean. We removed our shoes after a long days travel and we had dirt all over our feet. My 1 year old also. - the shower was extremely inconvenient. It is a very small shower cubicle and there is only one hand-held shower placed on top of your head, facing the shower walls. So the water doesn’t touch you unless you hold it in your hand and shower. There was no place to put my toiletries(none were provided, btw) - the ventilation was extremely uncomfortable because we were only provided with 1 floor fan. It was still hot when we went and so my 1 year old kept waking up and crying all night. It wasn’t pleasant. - the property manager kept on messaging me to ask how I was coming? How does that matter? I told her we were traveling by bus, which we were, for half of the journey. 2 days before I checked my plan and the remaining trip was by train so she started correcting me like I had given her false information. These are all little things but when you are traveling, you want some kind of comfort, you know? She really doesn’t need to know all these things. If she wants to help, she can ask if everything is alright or if we need any assistance.

Location of accommodation was great, there is a playground nearby, close to the metro and major bus routes, steps away from the restaurants along the water. We unknowingly booked the 5 floor walk-up (there are no elevators). Someone with knee problems would have been challenging climbing those stairs!

good location, clean appartment, excellent view from the balcony, ....

we stayed for 6 days and we were provided only a few towels so we have to use the washing machine and to wait them to draw. no elevator in the building, and the appartment is on the fourth floor...
