Amazing Flat - Pool and Parking

The location was good for access to the metro, aquarium, and science museum. Reasonable to walk around this neighborhood with a stroller. Nice view, good basic kitchen equipment and amazing blackout shades! We appreciated the little details like cookies and coffee, olive oil, laundry detergent, etc. It was a comfortable stay.

We were given the wrong code for the lock box. I texted the host and she got me in contact with the property manager, and he gave me some other codes to try but nothing worked and he said he would be there soon. About 10 minutes later he called me back with another code to try and said to shake the box a lot, while we were doing that our daughter dropped the box on the floor and it finally broke open. The whole thing maybe took 30 minutes but thankfully we had set up an e-sim card at the airport! It would have been awful without a way to contact the host. But anyway after 15 hours of travel it was an unpleasant start. The other thing is that the pool was closed for maintenance for over a month, which we know is out of their control, but was not communicated to us beforehand and it was really disappointing for our kids.
