A bit too small for what we paid.

Spacious and comfortable, pretty close to Atocha station

No parking available, if you have a car make your parking arrangements, we had to return our rental car as we couldn’t find parking

Hosts are very attentive. Location is excellent, flat is small and It is enough for 2-3 people.

The place was centrally located and a quick taxi ride to each of the neighborhoods. Close to markets, restaurants and bars. I felt safe walking the streets regardless of time. The property was in a quiet neighborhood with local residents going about their lives. Nothing fancy about the place. Had two rooms, a bathroom and comfortable beds with working air conditioning. A disclaimer, you may need access to WiFi as you need it to open both the outside door and the property door using an door lock app. I knew this coming in and we ended up getting a local SIM card for internet access.

Although not perfect, there were things that could have been better. There was a strong cleaning scent that was resolved by opening the windows. There was a lack of toilet paper especially if we were staying for 8 nights. The bedroom light was not working but wasn't a big issue because the living room light was bright enough to shine through plus I prefer the rooms to be slightly dimmed. The standing shower only had a half partition so showering would cause water to splash everywhere. Not a big deal though.

It's a nice apartment and clean. It's near in the market , buses and metro station.

Everytime you have to check the water bottle if it's full because of the air-conditioning.
