It was a very nice apartment, cosy and comfortable. The location is awesome - 20 min to the center, 5 min to Attocha station. A lot of cafes, markets around. Special thanks to Juan who was very responsive and ready to help with any question!

I think great value with this price in Madrid. Around is safety area, location is very close from train station, internet is faster in this apartment, so yes I can recommend to stay there ☺🙏

The check-in process is extremely time consuming. I don't see why I needed to type up all the info for everyone passports (even minors) after sending the picture of them.

The apartment has a good size and is organized, but it has many problems.

The bathroom stall didn't have a door and water was spilt every time we took shower, so we had to dry with a mop. Really annoying. The air conditioner water was kept in a bottle which we had to empty all the time. I had to pay a damage deposit of €150 which would be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, but 5 days after my check-out, they refunded me only €120 and when I asked about that, they said we had stained 3 mattresses, which we didn't do. No transparency at all in the check-out process. In the end, they said they couldn't do anything. I am really upset with all of this stuff.

The only positive aspect of this house is the location.

the hosts were not correct, as they charged 15 euros extra, based on the fact that only 3 guests appeared on Booking, when in reality there were 4. However, I went to check the information I had submitted and it appeared very clearly 3 adults and a 14 year old child. Check-in is extremely time consuming and complicated. They oblige us to enter a series of information from all guests and even to submit a selfie of each one. Of the accommodations booked for these holidays, it was the only one with so many demands and the one with the worst conditions. Regarding the accommodation, I must say that it was below expectations. The furniture was old, ugly and damaged. The sofas had a cover that was disgusting. The bathroom had the shower guard broken, one of the doors had broken, been removed and therefore, when taking a shower, the bathroom was completely flooded. Contrary to what the photos suggest, the house is much smaller and things appear that in reality do not exist afterwards. In short, this stay was a let down. The quality/price ratio was terrible. We stayed in Madrid for 5 days, 4 of which were very well accommodated, for less and much better conditions. I do not recommend at all this accommodation.
