Waou La Latina I - Alquiler Corta Duración

Ubicacion

Perfecta ubicación, se tiene todo en el departamento, es muy cómodo para 4 personas, los baños están muy limpios y su cocina y sala tienen buen espacio. Los cuartos muy cómodos y bien iluminados.

No tenía secador de cabello pero es lo de menos, también se puede oír un poco los ruidos de la calle pero la zona es poco transitada, aún así se puede oír al camión de basura en la mañana.

Menos la planta de abajo, el resto bien

No me gustó el olor de la planta de abajo a humedad, no me gustó el no tener TV en las habitaciones, no me gustó la puerta del armario de la cocina rota la bisagra, no me gustó recorrer un montón de calles para tirar la basura, después de pagar 700 euros para 3 noches, es decir 200 por noche y creo que eso no es su valor.

The location was great and messages were responded to quickly.

The downstairs room would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to access.

Fantastic location with easy access to metro line and key city sights. Nice size apartment that was clean. Fast communication from service team when questions were asked.

The check-in instructions were a little ambiguous on how to get in using the app from the boarding pass instructions. Not enough toliet roll provided for length of stay.

Departamento muy bien equipado, amplio y cómodo.

Mucho olor a humedad en la habitación de abajo.

La ubicación está muy bien.

Nos costo llegar porque en el texto de la dirección no estaba el numero 9 y al taxi se le complico cargar el dato en su aplicación. Tuve que guiar yo. Solo faltaba que diga que ero el 9. Sugiero que funcione mejor el lavarropas ya que la tapa no cierra correctamente y hay que hacer trucos para que inicie el lavado.

Location, large en suite bathroom confortable bathroom, quietness of accommodation, kitchen well equipped, good size living room with large comfy sofa, comfy beds.

Ground-floor windowless, damp smelling bedroom with small aged shower room. Bedroom is exposed to the above living room noise and light. No doors between both bedrooms so lights and sounds were shared although not on same floor. Only real window is at street level to the living room; people would chat for ages and smoke just in front of the window. The staffs were unresponsive by whatsapp and Booking.com messages. Check in process was not smooth as contract not clear about bedsheets and towels, and reason for stay not listed in drop down menu. We were supported by Booking.com customer service not by Waou's staff who kept on sending me the same useless messages in Spanish (followed by english sometimes) multiple times. They never offered support with check in but kept sending the link, never wondering why we hadn't checked in by the time we informed them we would and had acknowledged (only whatsapp message acknowledged) The only responses were by calling using phone line with international forfait, so not free for me. The washing machine we intended to use was broken and the company didn't really care to urgently fix it (3 nights stay) although we did spend time recording videos of right size to send to them as requested.

Close to everything , very convenient location .

Only 1 towel for 5 nights stay also no hand towels , no where to hand towels could have given another set .
