Waou La Latina I - Alquiler Corta Duración

Location was superb, the apartment was clean, beds comfortable, facilities good

Unfortunately in the downstairs bathroom was a big lump of hair stuck to the shower outlet. The place was freezing when we arrived, heating was off and outside was +4C. It took a good three hours for the apartment to get warm. I think someone should have put the heating on, knowing when we will arrive, as I gave the arrival time.

The location is excellent. But the heater downstairs doesn’t work . During current weather condition , it just too cold to sleep down there .

Spacious, clean and warm apartment.

Boiler failure on arrival, but managed to sort out. Also had to turn the radiators on, but after that it was warm and cosy. Would appreciate some tea, coffee and sugar.

Beautiful, clean, great location, responsive staff

The walls are thin and it’s on the ground floor so expect to hear your surroundings. Also the lower ground room would hear everything from the living room as it’s open to it

Very near major attractions

The office is 15 minutes walk from the property and we have to get the key from the office If you need anything you have to pick up from the office

Location, cleanliness and quality The staff is really helpful we lost the key inside and they gave us another key to open the apt with no more expense
