The basement bedroom and bathroom smelt of damp. Ventilation in the apartment was limited.e

The location is perfect. Only 2 blocks from the Metro station. The apartment is very nicely decorated. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and fridge are perfect.

The apartment is at a street level and rooms are blind with no windows or look to the interior of the building, so don’t expect any view as there is not much natural light. The second room is in a basement floor and it smells moldy. When the AC is on, the smell fades out quite a bit. The other issue is the washing machine. It’s impossible to make it work properly. Maybe instructions would help.

The down floor smelled humid, i had an allergy because of that humidity.

Too expensive for me he quality of the place. The bedroom downstairs is full of humidity and at tomes it’s almost difficult to breathe. The apartment is comfortable but poorly stuffed for the price paid. The good aspect is the location, and the staff was kind.

The strong humidity in the bedroom downstairs and the fact that the apartment was poorly stuffed (no napkins or kitchen paper, coffee machine available but no coffee capsules etc). For the high price paid, I would have expected some minimum commodities available

Location was very good for central Madrid. Near several visitor attractions and Metro. We were self catering and there were handy supermarkets.

Instructions for appliances. A cafetiere to make coffee. More teaspoons. Tea towels.

I had an amazing experience in Madrid. I got in love with the appartment and the location: in the center and close to everything. Big thanks to the host how assist me all time "So kind person". I recommended ♥️
