La ubicación

Muy sucio, avisamos y no vinieron a limpiarlo. La oficina está muy lejos del apartamento y tuvimos que ir con las maletas de un lado para otro, no facilitaron para nada el quedar en el apartamento. Un servicio malísimo

"It very noise as there is no Air con so you need the windows open."

"Not suitable for hot summer days in Madrid,"

Location.

Somehow, I must have missed the fact that the apartment was not air conditioned. I was sure that I had marked air conditioning as one of the requirement in the sort function of on the Booking.com website . Not having air conditionong in Madrid when it is 100 degrees is definitely sometime I didn't like. Also, I have not yet received my refund credit on my credit card for the Damage Deposit. I would appreciate receipt of that as it was been 5 days since the end of my stay.
