Apartamento Plaza Mayor III en Madrid

Location, center of Madrid, cannot get more central! Near Plaza Major. Beds comfortable, house itself nice and clean

WiFi did not work, we reported it immediately but they did not resolve, we had to call again, we eventually checked out without a resolution. The en suite toilet was super weird, round and uncomfortable. The shower door did not stay close. We agreed to check in at 15:00, called twice and texted to confirm, they were still late and we waiting at the door

The property is wonderful, well located, nicely refurbished and clean. Be aware that the second room is very small and the window looks out in the internal building staircase. You need to download an app where you have the information for the check in and different info about the city. The apartment is located at walkable distance to the major touristic places. We had an issue with a sink dripping and the company management sent immediately the day after someone to check, very quick service!

The property management leave samples of what is considered essential amenities (toilet paper) meaning 1 roll per person regardless on how long you stay, therefore you have to buy this essential amenities by yourself.

The location is brilliant. You are literally on the doorstep of everything. Very central. Lovely area.

I usually like to give good reviews but I am going to struggle here. The apartment is very dated and tired There is no air con, we had 3 rubbish (and noisy) fans The second bedroom has no windows and is like an oven The TV only had one channel, which was in Spanish. I called for assistance and she hung up on me We saw at least 8 cockroaches in the main foyer It didn't feel clean The bathrooms need updating Needs a decent knife set They collect the bins (including the glass, really noisy) at 1am, 3am and 5am, right outside - but we needed the windows open to let the cooler air in It wasn't overall, very comfortable. We were there for 2 weeks, if it wasn't for the location, we would have been more upset. Not value for money

second time to the property so that says a lot. sensational location. a bit shabby but everything that we needed.

the admin burden for MIT House is high and very difficult. they also never seem to be able to conduct an incident free handover.

Fantastic location, right near to the main square. A very comfortable apartment, had everything we needed.

Main shower not great, although there was another to use. Second bedroom quite small, but overall a really good find!

Location brilliant, facilities great, a very nice apartment which was clean. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and found it noisy fairly late into the night. However, being adjacent to Plaza Mayor I guess this was inevitable.
