Appartamento grande con due bagni e vicino al centro

The location and the building were good. The potential for a lovely holiday was spoiled by a complete lack of care, cleanliness and a soft touch!

No dish cloth; no blankets; no shower mat; no toaster (empty box). The host from Mad4Rent was overly worked (stressed) and did not create a pleasant start. There was insufficient toilet rolls for 2x bathrooms… buy your own we were told!!

The appartament was in good shape, it has two bedrooms (one with two single beds which was a bit small but ok and another one with a double bed) + a double sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen was ok, well equipped and with a washing machine. It has two full basthrooms which was great Great location, one block from Plaza España and one block from the subway and bus stop.

It did not have a dishwasher which would have been nice to have. During weekends it might be a bit noisy in the street but we could sleep well anyway.

It was a little older looking than the pictures made out but super clean and comfortable.

Properly is in excellent location, easy to get to by underground, taxi, I don’t know f parking is provided as we don’t drive, but the building has parking. Shops are nearby, a really good cinema just 2 minutes walk from the flat

The flat was missing a few essentials, my foodie partner wasn’t able to cook to his heart content. More towels, comfort blanket for the sofa would have been appreciated

Bedding and pillows could be cleaner.

Noise at night, you need to ensure that balcony and windows to be fully closed otherwise it is difficult to sleep
