There was building work going on in the apartment next door so it should not have been rented out, very noisy from before 8am, so spoilt our stay.

"Excellent location but short of luxury"

Location is excellent. Very close to Gran Via and Palace.

The apartment is quite old and not so clean as it appears on photos. Bathrooms are small and old with tiles coming out. Noisy street for a good sleep.

"good location and spacious and secure apartment"

location... not far from metro station and a few mins from great restaurants and a park for the children

it was opposite a nightclub.. so not noisy at 6am when it closed.

Host was very patient, waited at apartment as we had slight delay, let us check out at midday, location was excellent.

2 toilet rolls between 5!
