"Positivo nel complesso, chiavi a parte ci tornerei"

Bene posizione, appartamento è moderno con dotazioni ok , silenzioso e con tanto spazio complessivo.

Servizio chiavi da app da rivedere, capitato non funzionasse l’apertura del portone in strada con disagi notevoli.

Locatie was prima, koninklijk paleis was op loopafstand tevens de koninklijke tuinen ca 21minuten lopen Konden bij vertrek de accomodatie 1,5uur later vertrekken

"Mantenimiento mejorable u normas muy estrictas solo para los inquilinos"

Ubicación y decoración.

Encontramos una etiqueta de una prenda de ropa en la cama, eso nos dio la sensacion de que no estaba del todo limpio. Muy estrictas las obligaciones de los inquilinos, cuando las del arrendatario o de la propiedad no lo son. Y nos encontramos sin bombilla que funcione en la lámpara de salon, sin toalleros. los grifos de los lavabos salpican mucho, se sale el agua del desagüe del fregadero....

"Great apartment on a relatively quiet street in a great neighborhood"

Accessing the property with the app was easy. It’s in a great neighborhood with a short walk to downtown and metro station. The apartment was clean and comfortable and easy to use. You need to download an app on your smartphone to access the property instead of a physical key or code.

When we first went to the property, when I clicked on a link or copied the address and pasted it into Google maps on my phone, we were directed to the wrong address. We went to “Plaza de Santa Ana” instead of “Calle de Santa Ana”. Everything else about the property was great.

La ubicación excelente, el apartamento muy bien, las camas muy cómodas, todo estupendo

Me hubiese gustado haber sido informada que el ascensor no llega a las plantas, se queda entre una y otra, no es adaptado para sillas de ruedas
