Znakomita lokalizacja. Ciche miejsce. W odległości krótkiego spaceru główne atrakcje miasta. Miły apartament.

"Nie polecam tego apartamentu i tych wynajmujących"

Lokalizacja

Pobyt niestety znacząco odbiegał od standardów przedstawionych w ofercie. Zameldowanie było opóźnione o ponad godzinę — mimo że zgodnie z rezerwacją apartament miał być dostępny od 15:00, sprzątanie zakończyło się dopiero około 16:15. Po długiej podróży uniemożliwiło to odpoczynek i zaburzyło wcześniej zaplanowany dzień. Podczas pobytu wystąpił również problem z prysznicem, co oznaczało brak pełnej funkcjonalności apartamentu. Zaproponowana naprawa miała odbyć się pod naszą nieobecność, na co nie wyraziliśmy zgody ze względów bezpieczeństwa i prywatności (w apartamencie znajdowały się nasze rzeczy osobiste i dokumenty). Dodatkowo w godzinach nocnych występował bardzo głośny hałas z sąsiedniego apartamentu, który skutecznie uniemożliwiał sen. Próby samodzielnego rozwiązania sytuacji nie przyniosły efektu, a problem realnie wpłynął na jakość nocnego wypoczynku. Po zakończeniu pobytu próba rozmowy o rekompensacie zakończyła się odmową oraz konfrontacyjną komunikacją ze strony obiektu. Lokalizacja jest w porządku, jednak przy tego typu niedogodnościach trudno mówić o komforcie, którego oczekuje się przy tego rodzaju zakwaterowaniu.

It’s clean and the location is perfect

The light bulb in one of the bathrooms kept flickering giving is vertigo. We also lost electricity that made us unable to unlock the door from the app
