There should be a second option for entering the building and the apartment in case there is no internet, the phone battery dies, or the lock gets stuck for some reason, as happened to us. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect in every respect.

Einfaches Check In mit der App möglich. Nur für ältere menschen nicht so geeignet. Meine Eltern hatten damit Probleme. Die lage ist wirklich super und die Gastgeber haben relativ schnell geantwortet.

Puh da war leider so einiges nicht so schön. Zuerst war die Wohnung viel kleiner als angegeben. Die Pfannen sind schon zerkratzt. Auch könnten noch ein paar Gläser und tassen mehr her. Für 6 Personen (so wie es angegeben wird, die wir nicht mal waren) eindeutig nicht zu empfehlen. Als wir kamen hing noch ein string im Badezimmer. Geht gar nicht. Außerdem wurde eine Party veranstaltet von anderen Gästen. Es war mega laut. Wenn die App nicht funktioniert wird dann einfach sturmklingeln gemacht bei den anderen Gästen. Hier muss eindeutig eine andere Lösung her vom Gastgeber. Wir wurden aus dem Bett geklingelt...

"Emplacement parfait pour découvrir Madrid !"

Appartement très fonctionnel. L’entrée dans les lieux se fait via une application qui déclenche l’ouverture des portes (de l’immeuble et de l’appartement). Plutôt pratique ! Superbe restaurant, à moins d’une minute à pied. Emplacement très central, à proximité des transports en commun et des salles de spectacle.

Quelques petites difficultés d’ouverture de la porte de l’appartement via l’application. Heureusement rapidement résolues.

Good location. very quiet, warm, cozy. It was what we needed it. The flat has the everything was advertised and it was clean. Very central and walking distance to discover Madrid main landmarks. Well connected and place in a great place with tapas bar and restaurants. If you love flea markets, you are there, in the hub. Fantastic!

The entrance app was a bit of a work and frustating when you do the check-in. We had to try several time to open the main door and all the guest have to check in at the same time to be able to get in. Make sure you arrive before 9pm, otherwise there will be a charge for someone to come to open the door for you!
