Honestly they don't even deserve 1*. My stay at NoMad Latina was honestly one of the most frustrating booking experiences I’ve ever had. Their website process is unnecessarily complicated, demanding passport details for every guest plus a selfie of the main guest. The Air-condition wasn't working properly and there was clogged sink leading to being bad smell in the apartment. The room is not as shown in the pictures its very tiny with huge terrace only. To make things worse, the lift stopped working on our second day and remained broken for the rest of our stay. We were on the 4th floor and had to carry luggage up and down stairs. When we raised this, management dismissed it saying the lift is only an amenity and would be fixed whenever maintenance got to it. It was so hard going up and down the stairs with little kids. Management don't care about anything besides milking people for money. They also require extra payment outside of Booking.com before sending the access code, which feels very inconvenient. They forced us to pay Deposit on their site and then double charged us thru booking.com as well. The 2 blocked amounts were on hold for 2 weeks & had to email them for resolution. The rooms themselves are extremely small barely enough space for few adults. Overall, not worth the stress, extra charges, or hassle just for a central location. I would never recommend staying here even to my enemies. I would rather sleep on the street then to book with them again. Avoid yourself the hassle and book a hotel or book with some other company then MIT house.

Le système d'ouverture des portes par internet n'est pas pratique et est tombé en panne pendant le séjour. Il faut des clés !!!!

Emplacement idéal proche des lieux à voir, des commerces et des restaurants. Trois chambres dont une suite parentale. L'appartement est très grand.

Pas d'état des lieux fait en entrant. Nous avons eu une fuite dans la salle de bain. Nous aurions apprécié que quelqu'un vienne.

Nice appartment, well equipped kitchen, very good location.

Few things in the bathroom e.g. soap and thoothbrush holder would have been nice. We were four in the appartment, however there were only two big towels in the bathrooms. Also there were some very unpleasant smell coming from one of the bathrooms’ drain.
