Excellent location and a great space for our group of 4 ladies! Plenty of space to hang out and cook. Very comfortable beds!

It was a bit loud at night as other flats were filled with study abroad kids.

Great location in very nice area. Everything is there :-) Main bedroom and patio are excellent. Also bathrooms. App access to the room is great for family. Often You have just one set of keys.

This is not mentioned as bad thing, but You should know, that rooms facing street are bit noisy (bit perky people at night;) and those rooms don't have proper blinding curtains. Also rack where to put outerwear at the front door would be nice feature. Maybe some basics as oil, salt, sugar in the kitchen.

Muy limpio y bien reformado, buen gusto en decoración. Facilidad mediante la app.

1. Ascensor entre los pisos (NADA recomendables con bebés o silla de ruedas), fue muy incomodo cada vez bajar a pulso el carro de mi bebé, lo mínimo es avisar. 2. Cerraduras desgastadas. Bastante sueltas. 3. Poca luz artificial en el comedor, casi cenábamos a oscuras. 4. Difícil que te cojan el teléfono.

Location was good, multiple groceries and transportation options nearby. Well equipped. 2 bathrooms made a huge difference for our family of 4.

Common areas are a little dark, with little natural light and lamps that are not bright enough.

The flat is well located and is close to shops and restaurant.

The place would need refreshing as you can damages here and there. As well, there was no condiments in the kitchen: when you stay for a couple of days and need to buy salt/sugar or even toilet paper, it doesn't feel very welcoming.
