The windows in the rooms can’t be opened as there was works carrying out in the flat above. The main door kick needs proper maintenance.

"Comfortable Stay, Central Madrid, Walking Distance to most Tourist Sites"

Check-in We were met by Andreas a polite gentleman who checked us in. He was waiting for us at the apartment. We were given his contact name, phone number and apartment details to connect with him. We communicated with Andreas the arrival time via Whatsapp and he was waiting for us. It was very smooth check-in experience. Andreas showed us how everything works around the apartment. The apartment was in a central location with all the amenities we were looking for. Restaurants, shopping and tourists sites such as Plaza Mayor and Prado Museum within walking distance. The location was very central. I would highly recommend this location to explore Madrid.

"Good apt but loud noise nearby"

Nice clean well appointed 2 BR 2 Ba apt located in walkable area of Madrid near Seville metro trains and many restaurants. We were met at the apt at checkin and everything was explained, which was nice. One floor up or European first floor unit.

Apt was next to noisy restaurants that operated until 12 midnight and across from a dance club with loud noise until 2-3am so we got little sleep. Also construction noise in the apt 2 floors up so construction noise weekdays during the day.

Veľmi dobrá lokalita. Byt bol priestranný, kuchyňa bola vybavená všetkým potrebným pre pobyt. Pohodlné postele.

Špinavé, neumyté podlahy . problém s ovládaním batérií v kúpeľni.

"An excellent location and a great apartment in the center of Madrid"

It is a great location. Host was waiting for me to smooth check in. The apartment is specious. While the streets are very vibrant and noisy, the rooms are not, so we could enjoy the good of both worlds. Restaurants within a very short distance, central location (we only walked during the weekend).
