Superou as minhas expectativas. Limpo, com os itens essenciais. Prático no check in e check out. Excelente localização. Fizemos Madrid sempre a pé de uma ponta a outra e ainda dava para vir descansar ao apartamento a meio do dia. Mesmo com uma estação de metro ao pé, caso prefiram.

"Decent location but I would not stay again due to safety concerns."

The short term rental is a lively neighbourhood.

The automatic lock is dangerous. I got locked inside due to a malfunction. The problem got solved within 15 mn, but had it been a case of emergency, for example in case if fire, I could not have got out. This is a real safety issue. Besides, there were too many emails prior to the stay, and I didn't like to have a separate contract. If I'm booking on Booking.com, it is precisely because I don't want any other rules than Booking.com's to apply.

ottima posizione per vedere madrid, a pochi passi dalla fermata della Metro Anton Martin. Letti abbastanza comodi, e cucina munita.

Il bagno...anche se molto pulito, ma da rivedere completamente. Spazio piccolo e lavandino scomodo e striminzito. Seduit sul WC si sbatteva la testa nel muro...In alcuni punti sono presenti delle imperfezioni di muratura, quali crepe e angoli spaccati. In 4 è stato veramente molto scomodo... Unica nota positiva la doccia. Comoda e ben fatta. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato mi aspettavo "almeno" un bagno da sufficienza.

À Proximité du centre pour visiter et de l’entrée de métro Anton Martin

La literie est de mauvaise qualité et le mode d’enregistrement Check in par smartphone n’est pas 100% fiable mieux vaut utiliser la clef fournie.les deux seules fenêtres donnent sur des cours intérieures avec plusieurs vis à vis mieux vaut laisser les rideaux fermés.caution demandée lors du pré enregistrement.

"Por la ubicación merece la pena"

La ubicación es excelente, estábamos a 15-20 minutos andando de todo lo que queríamos visitar. Y la zona es tranquila para poder descansar por las noches.

El baño es diminuto y la cocina tb.
