The location

The keys were 10 minutes walking. Poor view for both windows

We were allowed to check in earlier, and we appreciated that. Proximity to main tourist attractions is a big plus.. Walking distance to most of them. Supermarkets very close. A good experience overall.

Kitchen cupboards door needs fixing.

Excellent location five minutes from the metro in the city center. Keys must be collected from the company office not far from the facility itself.

They provided only 4 small towels for the entire stay for 4 adults. The Wi-Fi password that the employees sent was incorrect, I mentioned this several times, but they continued to send the same password. In the end, we ourselves found the correct password, which was written on the router itself.

Location

The toilet paper provided was not enough to properly cover days/people. I received wrong information about the Wi-Fi user and password that I had to check by myself looking above the router.

. Beds - One bed and the sofa’s mattresses were hard, difficult to sleep well on.

The location was walkable to many places. The bathroom is small but the bedroom, kitchen/living area was spacious.

The small bathroom was a bit hard to maneuver but it worked.

The host was very responsive, answered all my question. There are several very good restaurants nearby, we liked El Sur and Chocolat very much. Grocery store Carrefour is just at the corner, super convenient.

I hope the lock box for the key is at the same location as the place where we stay. The fact that I had to take another taxi from lock box to the apartment is a little inconvenient. However when I check out, I only needed to leave the key on the kitchen counters which was nice. They have a washing machine but has no cloth pin or laundry rack though, I would suggest the host to get those for the future guests.

The location is good. Not far from all the bars, Prado museum and Atocha rail station.

The water in the facility... The water pressure in the faucets is very weak. If you open the faucet in the kitchen in parallel with taking a shower, then the water of the washing person is very weak.
