La ubicacion cerca de comercios, transporte publico, bares, restaurantes y cafes. Un poco lejos de lo turistico (monumentos etc) pero mas residencial que es lo que buscabamos.

Que el anfitrion maneja todo con una app y es necesario bajarla y usarla para ingresar al apartamento. No está mal, pero es incesario seria mejor no tener que usarla ya que no esta muy bien desarrollada.

Le manque d’ustensiles pour faire un peu de cuisine en particulier une poêle ,et le grille pain qui faisait sauter les plombs !

The location is superb - great neighbourhood, 30 min walk to the centre, 250 m to the Metro and to the nearest big shop, next to a lovely little bakery/coffee shop. The flat was beautiful and the massive terrace -sublime. There is nothing like having dinner under the twilight. Thr bed was comfortable and the kitchen had most things one might need for cooking.

There was a plumbing issue - the water in the shower wasn't draining - that we reported on day 1. We were told a plumber would come the next day. That didn't happen. It was Santa Semana so kind of understandable but really we had to do super quick showers with stops and starts as otherwise the water would overflow. We managed but it was a pain. Have we been with our kids - as originally intended - it would have been a disaster. Nobody came to check the issue in the week we spend there. Both the main door to the building and the door of the flat were opened via an app. That created a lot of stress for us as my phone's battery gets drained really quickly - especially when out and about taking photos all day. One day we had just done some shopping and went to the flat when the worst happened - we couldn't go in. We called the support number and after trying to remotely open it, it was decided that a technician would be needed. So we had to wait with our bags of shopping, bursting for the toilet and worried we would miss our train while waiting for nearly an hour for the technician. He dis come kind of quickly and changed the batteries of the locking device. However, we would have prefered a less modern and more robust way of getting into our flat.
