L’emplacement et les équipements.

Une mauvaise communication sur l’appartement loué (3 appartements différents entre booking et l’application MitHouse), une serrure électronique pas en bon état ce qui ne permet pas de se sentir en sécurité. L’appartement n’était pas si propre que ça et le tout n’est pas si qualitatif que sur les photos. Bien pensé à lire toutes les informations à l’arrivée, même celle concernant le départ car à notre grande surprise on ne peut pas sortir les poubelles en journée.

no hot water for the first day, and the hosts were pretty unhelpful. Clearly didn't know how to troubleshoot the issue. Giving us inaccurate information about the boiler, they had no idea where the boiler was so then they made us move apartments which was quite stressful.

C’era un boiler piccolo ma l’appartamento è per 5 persone, non ci si riusciva tutti a farsi la doccia. Ho dovuto chiamare 3 volte per la restituzione della caparra, avvenuta dopo 20 giorni e 3 solleciti. Spesso il sistema di apertura porte non funzionava.

Emplacement exceptionnel, situé à proximité des lignes de métro principales de Madrid.

L'accueil, l'immeuble appartient à Mit House. De ce fait, nous avons eu de grandes difficultés pour trouver notre logement, car la réservation n'indique pas l'étage ni le numéro de porte. Ce fait est courant, car devant notre difficulté plusieurs personnes locataires sont sortis pour nous aider, car ils avaient rencontré le même problème. Plus de 30 minutes avant d'avoir un interlocuteur c'est vraiment trop long...Si vous êtes 4 personnes, vous ne pourrez pas faire de cuisine, car les casseroles sont prévus pour 2 personnes.

La ubicación

La forma de entrada al departamento mediante una app del celular me pareció muy malo (sin llaves ni tarjetas) bañeras super resbaladizas, poco equipamiento en gral de la cocina utencillos etc, las persianas estaban trabadas, la caja fuerte no funcionana. Llegue al apartamento y no estaba listo, entre y estaba todo usado, tuve que esperar fuera a lo limpien y preparen.
