Sete Colinas Apartment

The apartment, the view and the host were exceptional.

My elderly mother found the stairs a little difficult but myself and my daughter had no issues, it’s good exercise

Great views, nice hot water, comfortable beds. Interesting mixed neighborhood. A little slice of everything from fine dining to mom and pop stores. Wine, beer coffee bars and several salons. Church bells and a brewery.

The property is a little worn and needing some TLC maybe paint touch ups, fresh decorations like pillows and furniture maybe new bedding. The apartment is just getting tired looking from the posted photos in the listing.

Location, comfortable beds and quiet due to double-glazed windows. Lots of places to eat nearby. Transport pretty close.

The locking mechanism of the door to the appartment had completely seized and at one stage we were locked in which was a bit scary. A very kind neighbour spent some time fixing the problem. The lounge was uncomfortable.

Everything was fantastic, very romántic apartment with a nice view , two bedroom, complete kitchen , nice living room

Everything, the view, comfy bed, cooking facilities. Clean and tidy.

Balcony scared me, a personal thing! It was safe to go on as my daughter kept telling me.

Great location for some good restaurants and bars nearby. Has a small balcony with a nice view and morning sun. There is a coffee shop on the group floor to buy water, coffee etc but it's cash only.

The shower pipes got extremely hot and I burned my torso every shower - not sure if putting something like a silicone cover on would help. A mirror in the 2nd bedroom on the dresser (and putting the painting on the wall instead) would be extremely beneficial so you don't have to do your makeup standing in the living room using the mirror in there going back and forward to the bedroom to swap out the products. If the light switch above the bed in the 2nd room could be moved higher that would be beneficial as I turned it on in the middle of the night by the pillow activating the switch as it was low. Expectedly for a higher level apartment in an old building the shower water pressure wasn't the best but this can't really be helped.

The location was great! We walked everywhere. The home is so cozy and comfy. The restroom was very nice. The owner helped us a lot when we had questions . I strongly recommend

The door code didn't work on arrival but host was on hand to help and activated the door remotely.
