Sete Colinas Apartment

We had a wonderful stay. The morning sunrise was beautiful from the balcony. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment worked out very well for our group of four and we looked at the flights of stairs as a good workout! We were also (thankfully) able to drop our luggage off early as we arrived on an early morning flight.

Nothing. It met all of my expectations.

The location was close to town center, however, we found the nearby neighbourhood uncomfortable with children (a lot of homeless people around)

Was not clean or comfortable for our standards. Like I said, we were not pleased with the neighbourhood coming off of the Martin Moniz Metro station. The washing machine was broken, and the hairdryer did not function properly. Also there were no soaps. The stairs were not adequately described on booking.com. The keys were very frustrating for entering both the apartment building and apartment itself.

This was a wonderful location to all of the main sites and many restaurants in Lisbon! The apartment was well equipped and had a beautiful view as well as easy access for walking and Uber. Note: There are a lot of hills in Lisbon and the funicular (Lavra-Rua Câmara Pestana) close to the apartment was an essential means of getting up and down to the main square and the Rossio train station. Eating locations recommended by host were all very good. One last comment, there are four flights of steep, narrow stairs to this apartment. It was not a deal breaker for us but important to note in advance of your booking. Also, the washer was out of order during our stay. Host was very responsive and left us a beautiful bottle of wine! Would recommend.

Loved our day here. we wanted a traditional Portugese style property with a good view and that’s exactly what we got. we were so pleased when we saw where we were going to be stopping on our arrival!

We knew the apartment was on the fourth floor as described on Booking.com so were expecting steps, but for those with mobility issues, it definitely would not be suitable

The stairs were a challenge, but the woman who met us helped us with our bags.
