se dañó el calentador del agua y no fue reparado, tuve que bañarme 3-4 días con agua fría, la habitación auxiliar tiene una puerta mala, la puerta del baño está caída, nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico empezado para 4 días para 4 personas, dicen que están para uno las 24 horas pero cuando los llame cuando se dañó la tina del baño nunca respondieron.

Had to climb two floors with all the luggage using a very narrow staircase. Also the location was very inconvenient and had to walk on a rough terrain with all the luggage. The bathroom was clogged and we were not able to shower

ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!! Πρώτη φορά γράφω άσχημο σχόλιο για κατάλυμα, αλλά οι τύποι μας έκαναν έξω φρενών. 1. Μας είχαν δώσει λάθος κωδικό για το locker (!!!!!!) και κάναμε μια ώρα να συνεννοηθούμε, δεν σήκωναν το τηλέφωνο γιατί τους παίρναμε -λέει- μετά τις 5μμ, χωρίς να ζητήσουν μια συγγνώμη. 2. Πρακτικά το κατάλυμα ήταν ΧΩΡΙΣ ΘΕΡΜΑΝΣΗ μέσα στα Χριστούγεννα καθώς τα δυο φορητά καλοριφέρ έριχναν την ασφάλεια, ακόμα κι όταν βάζαμε το ένα μόνο. Η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι ναι αυτό συμβαίνει. 3. Ρώτησα μήπως μπορούμε να αφήσουμε κάπου τα πράγματα μετά το check out για κάποιες ώρες και δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ. (Τους το έστειλα και δεύτερη φορά στα πορτογαλικά χωρίς να πάρω απάντηση) Δεν είμαι υπερβολικός, είμασταν χωρίς θέρμανση κι ο τρόπος τους ήταν απαράδεκτος. Όποιος το επιλέξει να είναι προετοιμασμένος, γιατί δεν είναι χαμηλή η τιμή του. UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is the first time I've written a bad review about accommodation, but these guys really pissed us off. 1. They gave us the wrong code for the locker (!!!!!!) and it took us an hour to sort it out. They didn't answer the phone because we called them after 5 p.m., they said. 2. Basically, the accommodation had NO HEATING during Christmas because the two portable heaters blew the fuse, even when we only used one. Their response was that yes, this is what happens. 3. I asked if we could leave our things somewhere for a few hours after check-out, and they never replied. (I sent them a second message in Portuguese and still didn't get a reply). I'm not exaggerating, we were without heating and their attitude was unacceptable. Anyone who chooses this place should be prepared, because it's not cheap.

The location is very good in Alfama center and there is everything we needed.

The door of the bedroom didn't work and there is a hole in the wall in front of the bed. Maybe for the light but you can hear the noises from other people. Disturbing

Anstrengend, nur durch die Treppen in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Etwas gruselig. Zweites Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster. Nur Ventilatoren.
