Property was good with 2double bed,one kitchen full equipments induction n all they provide as towels.toilet rolls n hand soap rest U need to bring rooms were very clean and tidy Expert when you go upstairs are narrow and they make sound which disturb neighbours and door also slammes while opening disturbs neighbours.

You really have to climb a lot of stairs to get there, so beware of people with mobility issues. The apartment is really hot and no AC No blinders or good curtains. Don't expect to get any good sleep once the sun comes out.

Property not easy to find. There was more than one #47 in the area. Needed clues from their picture to get the right place. A lot of stairs to go up/down to access property, then more stairs and very narrow hall to reach suite. Hallway not lit most of the time. Loud music until midnight/1:00am. Stairs outside apt. used as a urinal each night we were there. Empties and trash as well. The shower couldn't have been any smaller. Bedroom adequate. Full kitchen nice. Location was good for food and drinking. Not a good choice if you are driving, want a good sleep, are over 5ft 10in., and/or have poor cardio. Wouldn't send a friend here.

The location was very close to restaurants and cafes and central Lisbon. After not hearing from the rental agency until the day before arrival, they suggest you go say hello to them at their office the next day at a time convenient for them, not sure what for ! The property had a lock box outside so you can get in fairly easily. However, the communal hallway has very limited lighting so it's really hard to figure out where you are going and how many flights of stairs to climb. The internet worked well.

We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only lasted 1 night, and accepted our loss and paid for a hotel instead. This property should not be used for short term rentals. The neighbours simply hate the fact that the flat is being used by tourists. We were watched going up and down and we left the building from their doorstep. We were then followed around by one of the neighbours until he figured out that we noticed him. They made us feel very uncomfortable and quite frankly worried about our safety. I have made a point to the hosting agency, but they pointed out that the neighbours don't like parties. We are a family with small kids, we were not there for the parties. The level of cleanliness is not acceptable. There was black mold in the bathroom. The sheets didn't feel clean. The tap in the kitchen didn't work properly. We asked for our money back but the agent didn't address the issue. To add an insult to an injury the flat asks you to pay a penalty of EUR 20 "missing or damaged" towels, which looked more like rags rather than towels.

The personnel from the company that manage the apartment was very friendly, professional, very helpful! Bruno go the extra mile to make sure that you have a pleasant stay! Will come again!

Everything went well, good location, the apartment is well equipped, self check-in, all good.
