"The flat was very noisy and dirty, poor hosts."

Good location in old town.

The flat was not clean. Dog and human hair on the bedding. Extremely noisy, dogs barking in other flats and neighbours yelling all night. We had to leave after our first night out of three due to getting zero sleep. We contacted the host to help with alternative arrangements as we didn’t think the flat was as advertised but got ignored. Still no reply from the host after numerous messages. We had to spend hundreds on last minute alternative accommodation.
