El agua salía fría y no limpiaron la habitación ningún día a pesar de cobrar 22 ,5€ específicamente por limpieza

Check in is super easy - through a system and you get a code.

The cleanliness was poor - there was a disgusting bathmat which we asked for a replacement for via whatsapp - but we got no response. It's expensive for what it is, although that might have been because we booked at short notice. The room we were in had limited natural light. It's also hugely unethical that they make you either pay a €40 security deposit (non refundable) or a €200 refundable deposit (which was pre-charged to my credit card but never left the account) but only after we had booked - we would not have chosen them if we had been aware of this when making the booking.

La habitación está bien, correcta, la ubicación es muy buena, diría que excepcional. La habitación limpia, la cocina super completa y funcional. El baño pequeño pero muy correcto, quizás un poco envejecido, creo que es el punto débil de la habitación.

He puesto baja nota en relación calidad-precio porque he estado alojada en las fechas en las que estaba el Papa en Madrid, y 215 € la noche creo que ha sido caro, pero supongo que en otras fechas con menos demanda el precio será mejor. Insisto que entiendo que por las fechas el precio ha sido más alto.

Nothing

They have bed bugs, they for sure do not clean the bed or change bed clothing between customers. I find hair, bed bug eggs, the bed bug itself and generally wrinkled bedlinen which indicates they just make the bed they do not wash all the bed clothing.
