The pools were great. Clean. The life guards were looking out for the safety of the pool users. Well equipped unit with cleaning materials. Cutleries were all there. Drinking water was supplied. Good communication with the owner/s or landlady.

The beds were in front of the air-conditioning unit, should be positioned at bed's end. We have to change the position of the bed so we could sleep comfortably as the coldness of the air coming from the air-conditioning unit was directly to our faces which hindered sleeping as we felt we were drowning. The extra beds have no beddings or linens. I booked for 6 people, beddings for 2 beds were in place, but nil for the other 2 people who will use the extra beds. We requested for some linens, nil were given. Towels were very thin and looked old. Dusts were apparent on the wall linings, bedside tables and underneath the beds (floor). We usually clean up whenever we use or rent apartments on our holidays, and I am sure that we left the unit cleaner-looking. The cleaning materials should not be inside the bedroom, we found the brooms, etc. inside the bedroom (back of the door) -bedroom near the kitchen.

The condo complex is is breathtaking. The outdoor walking paths, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, wave pool, lap pool, etc. are a treat to have in the heart of the city. The "eye-catcher" is without doubt the wave pool and faux sand beaches. There is also a gaming room, gym, and movie room - all lovely! There are a few small-ish convenient stores and restaurants on site. There is also an SM Mall just around the corner (5 minute walk). As for the unit itself, it comes as advertised with two bedrooms each with its own A/C, a balcony, a small kitchen and kitchen supplies. The check in was easy, the security friendly, and overall, we felt like part of the community for a couple weeks. Special shout out to the unit caretaker who was there to meet us and helped immediately when the fan broke. This place comes as a major "recommend" from my family and I.

The only downside is the immediate area around the condo complex. For a jogger like me, it was a little dicey to get around. However, getting to other areas of Manila is simple with there being a Jeepney stand just in back of the SM, a bus stand across the street from that, and Grab always being an option. Heads up, also: the security working the gates are happy to flag down a taxi for you as well.

The place was clean and the caretakers were really nice!

TV is very important to us because my aunt sleeps with the TV on but it wasnt working when we turned it on so we called the caretaker to fix it. It took a while for her to figure out and make it work.

The whole place had fantastic astomspher all the staff down to reception to security to cleaners were great the apartment was great and the owner and caretaker were very helpful all through the stay
